		<description>Honestly, I think thats why companies employ old grannies.  You can&#039;t lose your cool with someone who could make you yummy chocolate chip cookies (humm, cookies...).  You will end up accepting what they say without much complaint and then hangup.  Your anger will subside and when you gain your sense again, you will think &quot;wasn&#039;t I pissed off because I never received my quotes?&quot;.  

&quot;Oh, the granny, right&quot;.

And the offending company will have won.  

All because no one can get angry with your granny.</description>
